Return & Refund Policy

Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Not show any signs of use, installation, or damage
- Be returned with original packaging and all included parts
Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following situations:
- You no longer want the item (e.g. change of mind)
- You would like a different variation (such as size, style, or color)
- You received an incorrect item
- The product arrived damaged or defective
Items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging/components cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return
- Our support team will send you the return address along with instructions
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item using a shipping carrier of your choice
Please do not send any returns without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.
Once your return is received, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
We only provide a prepaid return label if the item you received was incorrect or defective.
There are no restocking fees. For your security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD (United States Dollars).
Once your refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Depending on availability, customers may also request an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation (such as another style or color), we are happy to assist, subject to availability.
Please contact us at info@cavari-living.com within the 30-day return period to arrange an exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items sent back after the 30-day return window
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Products returned without original packaging or included parts
